Corrections Policy

How to report a factual error, and how we handle corrections.

Last updated August 8, 2026

If you believe something on Trazodone.net is factually inaccurate, outdated, or unclear, please tell us using our contact form and select "Content correction" as the topic. Please include the specific page URL and, if possible, the source you believe supports a different statement (e.g., a specific section of the FDA label or a MedlinePlus page).

What happens after you submit a correction

Our editorial team reviews correction submissions against the cited sources for the page in question. If a correction is confirmed, we update the content directly, note the change in that page's revision history, and — for significant factual corrections — may add a note to our Research & Updates section.

We take correction reports seriously precisely because this is a health information site: getting details right matters more here than on most kinds of websites, and we would rather receive more correction reports than fewer.
